About the Foundation

Our mission is to advocate for the parental rights of fathers

Our mission is to advocate for the parental rights of fathers, especially veteran fathers. The national foundation and its affiliates provide professional, moral, and emotional support, as well as useful resources, to veteran fathers involved in family court and child custody cases. We believe that these men have made sufficient sacrifices for our country and deserve to be treated fairly, ethically, and with respect in accordance with all applicable civil, legal and Constitutional rights. By collaborating with these fathers, their families, and their legal counsel, we aim to establish a more just and equitable legal system that promotes the well-being of fathers, and their children.

What Makes Us Unique?

"I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same ..."

Litigation

Our fundamental structure resembles that of the ACLU. As a result, while our organization grows, we will be in a position to engage in civil and criminal legal efforts aimed at preserving and defending the civil and constitutional rights of veteran fathers, non-veteran fathers, and their children. This necessitates forming strategic alliances with legal advisors who share our passion and establishing a legal “war chest” to finance our operations.

We will hold judges, officers of the court, and attorneys legally accountable for any and all violations of a father's civil or Constitutional rights, then pursue criminal remedies if necessary.

Private Investigations

The investigative initiatives of the foundation employ 21st-century tools, methods, and tradecraft that complement the foundation's competitive edge in the legal system and support our investigative journalism. Investigations based on digital evidence and digital analysis are severely deficient in police technology divisions. During legal proceedings, our internationally renowned digital investigation teams will place an emphasis on digital evidence-based, informed decision-making.

Financial Advisement and Education

Recognizing that catastrophic rulings can place veteran fathers in extreme financial jeopardy, the foundation focuses on providing financial planning and education that is tailored to the unique financial challenges that veteran fathers face, such as managing child support payments and navigating VA benefits.

Awareness

Courts, judges, and lawyers operate within an extremely antiquated system that is sustained by financial incentives. This system is based on outdated "gynocentric" data that appointing the mother as primary parent is "... in the child's best interest."

Current scientific research indicates that a child with a father as the primary parent has greater advantages.

Given their current predilection against fathers, the courts will be the most resistant to this reform.
